You will find Marina taking good care of all of our patient’s financial needs and keeping our staff happy! Her positive attitude, support and love for everyone in our office always makes our days better.
Marina enjoys spending time with her children and grand children. One of her favorite thing to do is go to Kawaii with her husband; a vacation they try to take every year.

Treatment Coordinator for Dr. Jones
JoAnna is our treatment coordinator for Dr. Jones’ patients. She is a certified dental assistnat and has 25 years experience in the dental industry. She completed dental assisting at Boise State in 1998. She communicates between different dental offices and doctors, coordinates patient appointments, and joins Dr. Jones with his patient’s during treatment consultations. JoAnna was born in Pocatello, ID and was raised in Boise. She is happily married and as three girls. She enjoys being with her family, watching her girls play soccer, and taking family vacations in McCall, Idaho.

Marketing & Public Relations
Kimberlee is responsible for building our brand and promoting our office. Building strong relationships between other offices and our community is her goal. She is also in charge of our social media, photography and patient testimonials.
When not at work, she enjoys spending time with her kids, cats and husky and stays busy as a photographer. She photographs events, weddings, and family portraits as well as shooting for local companies.
Kimberlee is also the Excutive Director for our TEAMAct Study Clubs.
Jen works at our front desk, coordinating appointments and handling all office communication. She has worked in dentistry for 28 years including assisting in oral surgery, assisting in prosthodontics, and dental instructing as well. Jen’s favorite thing about her career is the interaction with patients, assuring they are well taken care of in many aspects. A few years ago, Jen picked up tennis which is now a big hobby and passion of hers. She plays tennis 3-4 times per week and is often part of tournaments.

Lead Dental Assistant
Lisa has been a dental assistant for 20 years and loves seeing the gain in confidence patients gain after receiving treatment. Lisa has an appreciation for the artistry of teeth including shape, color, and how natural they look. Lisa has been married for 20 years and has 3 boys. She and her husband own a soda shop called Soda Burst located in downtown Caldwell where you can enjoy amazing drinks, cookies, snacks, and other treats. Lisa enjoys being outdoors, playing with her boys, camping, hiking, and sports.
Emma has been a dental assistant for 12 years and we are lucky to have had her in our practice for the last 5 of those years. She loves helping others and teaching them all the things we do in our office. She grew up in Hailey, Idaho and graduated from Wood River High School. Her family runs a potato farm in Picabo, Idaho. When she is not at work, she loves spending time with her family. She loves exploring the outdoors with her 2 year old daughter. She also enjoys golfing with her husband. You will often hear her darling laugh in the office and will always find her with a smile on her face.
Chelsea has been a dental assistant for 5 years, 3 of those years spent with us. She has experience in general dentistry and pediatrics. The things she loves the most about our office is that we are a family. “Between the staff and our patient relationships, it is a very loving relationship.” She was born and raised in Middleton. She went to Middleton high school and lettered in softball and basketball. Played club softball most of her life. She went to college on a softball scholarship. When not at work, she loves to hunt, fish, camp and playing with her dogs. She loves cheering on all Boise State sports and is a big fan of the Yankees, Steelers and Warriors. She often makes our whole staff laugh with her sharp wit and silly faces.
Kadina has been a dental assistant for over ten years and is currently in school earning her Health Science degree.
She is a wife and mother to two children. When she is not busy with soccer mom duties, Kadina enjoys road trips, traveling, hiking in the mountains, skiing, snowboarding, and tennis.
Denture Lab Technician
Matt has 7 years of experience in the dental industry with 3 of those in a dental lab.
He is married and has a son. He enjoys camping and making things, refinishing old furniture and wood working.

Cole has spent 2 years in general dentistry and several years in the orthodontic field of dentistry. After working in orthodontics, Cole moved to Boise and started working with a local ceramist where he gained experience in the fabrication and artistry of teeth. Cole enjoys working hands-on, learning anything digital, and is detail oriented. He enjoys taking care of his many pets, snowboarding, camping, hiking, fishing, and anything that involves the outdoors.

Kaitlynn has been in the dental industry for 3 years. You will find her assisting both of our doctors and happily helping anyone in the office that needs her.
She is newly married and loves backpacking and exploring national parks and adventures on the back country.

Denell is our treatment coordinator for Dr. Gurney’s patients. She communicates between different dental offices and Doctors, coordinates patient appointments, and joins Dr. Gurney with his patient’s during treatment consultations. Denell has been in the dental field since 1993. She was a RDAEF for 11 years and a back office lead. She managed an office for 7 years. She has dealt with collections and insurance billing for 9 years. Her favorite part of working at our office is seeing the transformation start to finish of our patients and getting to know them during the process. She grew up in Denair, California and moved her in 2003 with her son. When not at work, she enjoys camping, boating and spending time with her family and dogs. She also is very talented at building and refinishing furniture. Her calm and sweet demeanor will put any patient at ease.
Lead Lab Technician and Lab Manager
Dale manages our lab, trains our technicians, and oversees the ceramics from design to completion. He has 25 years’ experience in his field which started by working, and eventually managing, in his father’s lab as he grew up. That afforded him the opportunity to learn in both analogue and digital all the techniques essential to the fabrication of beautiful prosthetics. “It is super satisfying to get to see with my own eyes the life-changing transformation that occurs in each patient we have privilege of treating here.”
“Megan, the love of my life, is the greatest support to me in my work, and our 3 children (my biggest fans) are a constant source of joy. We love enjoying the beauty of all that god has made (especially in Idaho!)”.
When not at work (for most hours of his week), he enjoys playing music, sports, working in the garden, reading, and playing board games with his kids.
